Ingredients
32ozshredded hash browns,thawed
½cupunsalted butter,melted
10.75ozcream of chicken soup
2cupssour cream
½yellow onion,chopped
2cupscheddar cheese,shredded
1½tspkosher salt
½tspcoarse ground black pepper
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Mix hash browns, melted butter, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, onions, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until well combined.
Spread evenly in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Cook for 45 minutes until the top is melted and browned.
