Ingredients
4 cup heavy whipping cream, chilled
2 cups condensed milk, chilled
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp milk powder, dry
¼ tsp salt
40 chocolate sandwich cookies, preferably oreo’s, crushed into large chunks together with its fillings & divided
Preparation
In a mixing bowl, add condensed milk, vanilla extract, milk powder, & salt. Whisk until both salt & milk powder has dissolved & evenly incorporated, then set aside in a chilled area.
Using another chilled bowl, add heavy cream & beat until stiff peaks, roughly 8 to 10 minutes.
Fold whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture until evenly incorporated.
Lastly, fold in half of the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies (set aside roughly 2 oz if using as a topping) until evenly incorporated.
Pour ⅓-½ of the mixture into a chilled mold of your choice, then sprinkle with ⅓-½ of the remaining crushed chocolate sandwich cookies. Spread evenly and repeat until you have used up your cookies & cream mixture. You should have roughly 1 to 2 layers.
Cover tightly with cling wrap. Make sure it’s nicely tucked in, including the top layer. Transfer to the fridge & allow to harden at least 6 hours but best if overnight.
