Ingredients
1/8 tsp. salt
3 tsp. butter
6 slices thick bread
1 tbsp. powdered sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
Preparation
Beat eggs in a bowl.
Add in vanilla, milk, salt, and flour to the bowl and continue mixing. You can use a mixer instead of a whisk if you’d like.
Heat a large skillet on medium heat.
Add 1 tsp of butter and coat the pan.
Dip bread in the batter and place in the skillet.
Cook on both sides until brown for about 2-3 minutes per side.
Serve with powdered sugar.
