Ingredients
1⅓ cups elbow macaroni, cooked and cooled
6 oz processed cheese, of your choice, preferably Velveeta
⅓ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
½ cup milk
salt, to taste
Preparation
Combine all the ingredients, except for the pasta and salt, in a small saucepan over low heat.
Stir often until the cheese melts into a smooth consistency. Once smooth, pour into a large mixing bowl.
Add the cooked macaroni pasta and fold until evenly incorporated.
Season with salt and adjust accordingly.
Serve immediately while hot. You can serve this as is, or sprinkle with more cheddar cheese on top before serving!
