Ingredients
1⅓ cup coconut milk, or almond milk
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
2 tbsp agave syrup
⅔ cup oatmeal, (mixed rolled oats, steel-cut oatmeal, or oat flour)
⅓ cup blueberries, fresh
2 tbsp mixed nuts, (almonds, walnuts, and pecans), roasted
Preparation
First, add coconut milk to a medium-size saucepan. Then, bring to a boil.
Next, add the oatmeal, cinnamon, and agave. Stir to combine.
Reduce the heat to a simmer and cook uncovered for 5 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Cover the oatmeal and let cool for 5 minutes.
Top with nuts and fresh blueberries, then drizzle with agave syrup.
Serve warm and enjoy!
