Ingredients
3 cups corn kernels
1 tsp butter
1 tsp smoked paprika
⅛ tbsp salt
⅓ cup red onion, chopped
⅓ cup red bell pepper, chopped
⅓ cup green finger chili, chopped
⅓ cup green bell pepper, chopped
Preparation
Grease the skillet with the butter and saute with corn.
When the corn starts to caramelize, add the red onion and bell peppers and stir.
Add the green finger chili, then season with salt and smoked paprika.
Mix together thoroughly. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
