1½cupscorn kernels
2roma plum tomatoes,diced small
2tbspjalapeno pepper,minced
1tbspfresh cilantro,minced
1tbsporange juice
1tbsplime juice
1tbspolive oil
½tspsalt
Preparation
Mix the corn, tomatoes, jalapeno pepper, cilantro, orange juice, lime juice, olive oil, and salt together in a bowl.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Serve and enjoy.
