Ingredients

16 oz cottage cheese

8 oz cream cheese, softened

⅓ cup chives, chopped

1 red onion , chopped

salt , to taste

Preparation

In a food processor, blend together the cottage cheese and cream cheese.

Add in the chives, onion, and salt. Puree until they begin to form a smooth consistency.

Serve immediately or chill in the fridge until ready to eat. Enjoy your creamy cottage cheese and onion dip with a bag of chips on the side.
