Ingredients
30ozOre-Ida® Shredded Hash Brown Potatoes,(1 package)
½cuponions,chopped
10.5ozcondensed cream of chicken soup,(1 can)
1cupsour cream
½tspsalt
1½cupsPepper jack cheese,shredded
⅓cupred peppers,roasted, drained, and chopped
1cupbread crumbs
2tbspbutter,melted
Preparation
Heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Coat an 11×7-inch baking dish with a nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, whisk together the soup, sour cream, and salt. Stir in Hash Browns, onions, cheese, and red peppers until well mixed. Spoon evenly into the baking dish.
In a medium bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs and butter. Sprinkle evenly on top of the Hash Brown mixture.
Bake uncovered for about 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Allow resting for 5 minutes before serving.
Garnish with sliced green onion, serve, and enjoy!
