Ingredients
14 oz ketchup
¼ cup cider vinegar
¼ cup yellow mustard
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp molasses
½ large sweet onion, minced
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 can whole cranberry sauce, jelled
1 tbsp liquid smoke
½ tsp coarse salt
1 tsp coarse black pepper
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a heavy non-reactive saucepan and slowly bring to a boil over medium heat.
Stir to mix and break down the cranberry jelly.
Simmer and stir until thick for about 15 minutes.
You can bottle it up and it will keep for a few months or use it right away.
