Ingredients

1cupwater

1cupsugar

3cupscranberry juice

1cupfresh lime,or lemon juice

seltzer

lime slices,for garnish

Preparation

In a small saucepan, combine the water and sugar and bring to a boil. Cook over moderate heat, stirring just until the sugar dissolves. Let cool.

Fill a pitcher with sugar syrup, cranberry juice, and lime juice. Chill.

Pour into ice-filled Collins glasses about ¾ full. Fill with seltzer, then garnish with a lime slice.

Serve and enjoy.
