Ingredients

1cupcranberry juice

3ozcranberry flavored Jell-O® mix,(1 package)

16ozcranberry sauce,(1 can), jellied

2cupswhipped topping,frozen, thawed

1pie shell,(9-inch), baked

Preparation

In a saucepan over medium heat, bring the cranberry juice to a boil. Remove from heat, add the gelatin and stir until dissolved.

In a mixing bowl, beat the cranberry sauce for 1 minute. Add the gelatin mixture and stir until well mixed.

Chill in refrigerator for 2½ hours or until thickened, but not set.

Remove from fridge and fold in whipped topping until mixture is thoroughly blended.

Spoon into pie shell and chill until firm.

Serve and enjoy.
