Ingredients
1egg,beaten
½cupmayonnaise
1tbspdijon mustard
1tbspWorcestershire sauce
1dashhot pepper sauce,such as Crystal ®
1lbwhole crawfish tails,cooked and peeled
1buttery round crackers sleeve,crushed
¼cupcanola oil
Preparation
Mix together the egg, mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and hot pepper sauce in a bowl.
Place the crawfish tail meat and crushed crackers in a large bowl, and mix in the mayonnaise mixture until thoroughly combined.
Refrigerate the crawfish mixture for about 1 hour until it can hold a shape.
Form the chilled mixture into 8 patties.
Heat the canola oil in a skillet over medium heat, and fry the patties for 6 minutes per side until golden brown on each side. Drain on paper towels.
