Ingredients

⅝cupbutter,softened

1¼cupsall purpose flour

1cupconfectioner’s sugar

8ozcream cheese,(1 package)

1cupfrozen whipped topping,thawed

½cupwalnuts

7.8ozinstant chocolate pudding mix,(2 packages)

2½cupsmilk

1cupfrozen whipped topping,thawed

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Cut the butter into the flour until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Pat the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes, then let cool.

In a medium bowl, cream together sugar and cheese, then fold in 1 cup of whipped topping. Spread over cooled crust and sprinkle with walnuts.

Beat pudding and milk in a medium bowl until thick; pour over cream cheese mixture. Cover and refrigerate.

Spread 1 cup whipped topping over top, serve, and enjoy!
