Ingredients
3ozcream cheese,softened
¼tsppeppermint
3cupsconfectioners’ sugar,divided
5dropsred food coloring,optional
5dropsgreen food coloring,optional
Preparation
Add the cream cheese and extract to a stand mixer. Beat in the powdered sugar.
Knead the dough for 1 minute, then add desired food coloring if using.
Roll the dough out to ¼-inch thickness.
Cut out circles with a 1-inch circle cookie cutter.
Let harden for 2 to 3 hours before storing.
