Ingredients

3 oz orange jello mix, (1 small pkg)

15 oz chunky fruits, (with no sugar added) mixed i.e. peaches, pears, grapes, pineapple and halved cherries

2 cups Cool Whip

11 oz mandarin oranges, (1 can) drained and sliced

Preparation

Make orange gelatin mix according to the package instructions. Frequently stir for 5 minutes or until it’s completely dissolved.

Transfer and pour mixture into a glass baking dish. Place in the fridge for 2 hours or until it hardens and sets.

Drain juice from canned fruit and mandarin orange slices, then add to the jello. Stir.

Add in the Cool Whip, and gently fold into the mixture. Mix until well combined.

Place back in the fridge for another 2 hours or until set.
