Ingredients

2chicken breasts,boneless and cooked, cut into bite sized pieces

2tbspbutter

4small red potatoes,quartered

1cupbaby carrots,halved

10¾ozcream of chicken soup,(1 can)

½cupmilk

1cupchicken broth

½cupsour cream

1ozdry ranch dressing mix,(1 packet or 3 tbsp)

salt and pepper,to taste

1tspparsley flakes

Preparation

Add butter to the bottom of a crock pot. Let melt. Stir in all of the vegetables coating with the butter. Season diced chicken as desired and add to the crock pot.

In a separate bowl, mix together the soup, milk, sour cream, chicken broth, and ranch dressing mix. Pour on top of the chicken.

Cover and cook on High for 3 to 4 hours or on Low for 4 to 6.

Sprinkle with parsley and serve!
