Ingredients
½cupsugar
¼cuplemon juice,fresh
2tbsplemon peel,grated
pinchsalt
1¼cupsbuttermilk
Preparation
Whisk the sugar, lemon juice, lemon peel, and salt in a large bowl until the sugar dissolves. Whisk in the buttermilk.
Divide the mixture among popsicle molds.
Cover and freeze until firm for at least 4 hours and up to 5 days.
Serve cold, and enjoy!
