Ingredients

10 oz cream of chicken soup

8 oz sour cream

4 oz green chiles, diced

½ cup milk

4 pcs chicken breasts, shredded, cooked

1 cup corn chips, crushed

2 tsp chili powder

½ tsp garlic powder

¼ tsp onion powder

⅛ tsp red pepper flakes

¼ tsp paprika

1 tsp ground cumin

salt and ground black pepper, to taste

1 pc tomato, sliced

2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded and divided

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

In a large bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream, green chiles, and milk.

Stir in chicken and seasonings.

Add half of your cheese and transfer into a greased baking dish.

Top with tomato slices and crushed corn chips then the remaining cheese; bake for 40 minutes covered and 10 uncovered until golden. Set aside to cool down for 10 to 15 mins.

Garnish with chop cilantro, serve and enjoy.
