Ingredients
1½lbsbrussels sprouts,halved
1tbspolive oil
3clovesgarlic,minced
½cupchicken broth
½cupheavy cream
2tspcornstarch
½cupparmesan cheese,grated
1tspItalian seasoning
salt and pepper,to taste
Preparation
In a medium sized skillet add the brussels sprouts, olive oil and garlic. Sauté until almost tender. This will be about 5 to 7 minutes. Remove the Brussels sprouts and set aside.
Add the chicken broth, heavy cream, and cornstarch and whisk together until smooth. Add the Parmesan Cheese, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper. Simmer until the sauce starts to thicken.
Add the Brussels sprouts and toss to coat in the creamy sauce until heated through.
