Ingredients
1 ½cupsraspberriesfrozen
1bananasliced and frozen
¾cupvanilla almond milkor plain
½cupvanilla Greek yogurtor plain
1tbspbee pollen
1tbsphemp seeds
1tspchia seeds
2tbsphoneyto sweeten, optional
Preparation
Add raspberries, banana, almond milk, greek yogurt, bee pollen, hemp seeds, and chia seeds to a blender and puree until smooth.
Taste, and add some honey to adjust the desired level of sweetness.
Garnish with extra bee pollen, hemp seeds, and chia seeds, if desired.
Serve, and enjoy!
