Ingredients

15ozchickpeas,(1 can) rinsed and drained

1tbspextra virgin olive oil

½tspsalt

¼tspfreshly ground black pepper

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Place the chickpeas on the prepared baking sheet and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring once, until the chickpeas are slightly shrunken and crispy. Let cool.
