Ingredients
20ozcheese tortellini
10ozfresh spinach,(1 bag)
29ozItalian style diced tomatoes,(2 cans)
6cupschicken broth
8ozcream cheese
1tspcumin
1tsporegano
1tspgarlic salt
pepper,to taste
Preparation
Place all ingredients in the crock pot, minus the tortellini. Make sure cream cheese is cut up in 1 inch cubes before placing in crock pot.
Cook on High for 2 to 3 hours stirring occasionally.
Add tortellini and continue cooking on High for an additional hour. Serve warm.
