Ingredients
1 can kidney beans, (15 oz)
1 can pinto beans, (16 oz)
1 can pork and beans, (15 oz)
1 lima beans, medium
1 lb ground beef
½ lb bacon
1 cup ketchup
1 onion, medium
¼ cup vinegar
2 tbsp liquid smoke
salt and pepper , to taste
Preparation
Brown and drain ground beef.
Open all the cans of beans and add beef and beans to crockpot.
Fry, drain and crumble bacon and add to crockpot.
Dice onion and add to crockpot with remaining ingredients.
Cook on Low for 4 to 6 hours, stirring occasionally.
