Ingredients
1 tbsp unsalted butter
1 cup onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
32 oz frozen broccoli, chopped
20 oz cheddar cheese soup, (two 10 oz cans)
24 oz evaporated milk, (two 12 oz cans)
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
1 tsp black pepper
cheddar cheese, as desired
parsley, chopped
Preparation
Melt butter and sautee onions over medium heat for 10 minutes.
Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Place all ingredients (except cheddar cheese) in a crockpot.
Cover and cook on Low for 4 to 5 hours.
Serve with cheddar cheese on top and garnished with parsley.
