Ingredients
2 cups cherry tomatoes
1 lb chicken breast, cooked and chopped
1 cup tomato sauce
1½ cup chicken broth
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
½ cup basil leaves
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 lb rotini pasta
Preparation
Put all the ingredients except the pasta in a slow cooker. Cook on high for 4 hours.
Cook pasta and add to the slow cooker. Mix to combine.
Scoop and serve.
