Ingredients
10 oz chicken breasts, boneless & skinless, chopped
5 oz green bell pepper, chopped
3 cups tomato sauce
4 cloves garlic, minced
¼ tsp dried chili flakes
¼ cup parsley, chopped
½ cup heavy cream
¼ cup vodka
½ cup parmesan cheese, powdered or grated
salt and ground white pepper, to taste
4 oz fusilli pasta, or cooked pasta of your choice
1 oz garlic toast
parsley, chopped
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in the crockpot.
Cook on High for 2 hours.
When finished, season to taste with salt and pepper. Adjust accordingly.
Serve your finished cream sauce over pasta, with a side of garlic toast, and sprinkled with chopped parsley.
