Ingredients

1 pound stew meat, cubed

1 can tomato sauce

1 can corn, drained

1/4 cup onion, minced

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. pepper

3 cup potatoes, diced

1 1/2 cup sour cream

1/3 cup water

1 1/2 cup cheddar, grated

Preparation

In skillet brown your hamburger, and drain well.

Place beef in the crockpot and add tomato sauce, corn, onion, salt and pepper.

Mix well! In bowl mix the sour cream and water.

Spread potatoes and the thinned sour cream mixture over the beef.

Top with grated cheese.

Cover and cook on low for 7-10 hours.
