Ingredients
1baguette
¼cupolive oil
Kosher salt
2clovesgarlic
2tbspparmesan cheesegrated (optional)
parsley(optional)
Preparation
Preheat the oven 400 degrees F.
Slice the baguette into ¼-inch slices.
Brush each slice with olive oil and place in a single layer on a baking pan. Sprinkle with salt and parmesan cheese if using.
Bake for 6 to 8 minutes, or until lightly toasted. Remove from the oven and rub each slice with the garlic and then sprinkle with parsley.
Cool and serve.
