Ingredients
1cupbutter flavored shortening
2cupswhite sugar
6eggs
1tspvanilla extract
2cupsall purpose flour
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray pan with non-stick spray.
Cream together the shortening and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, flour and mix well.
Pour into prepared pan and bake at 350 degrees F for 50 to 60 minutes or until top is golden brown.
