Ingredients

¼cupaquafaba,canned chickpea liquid

2tbspgranulated sugar

2tbspfreeze dried strawberries,finely ground

strawberry jam,for serving

whole milk,for serving

Preparation

In a medium bowl, whip the aquafaba with an electric hand mixer for 2 to 3 until foamy and stiff peaks form. Add the sugar and whip for another 30 seconds. Finally, add 2 tablespoons of the strawberry powder and whip again for another 30 seconds, until well incorporated.

Add a large spoonful of strawberry jam, if using, to the bottom of a tall glass. Fill the glass ¾ of the way with milk. Spoon the whipped strawberry topping on top and serve, stirring to combine.
