Ingredients
2 cups apple chunks, fresh, peeled
6 cups banana chunks, fresh
2 cups yogurt, thick or frozen
2 cups milk
2 tbsp chia seeds
banana chunks
red apple slivers
Preparation
Place apples, bananas, yogurt, milk and chia seeds in a blender.
Puree for 2 minutes, or until smooth and well blended.
Pour into glasses garnished with red apple slivers and banana chunks and serve immediately.
