Ingredients
1 cup water
½ cup oatmeal, or quick cooking oats
5 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup
salt, pinch
fruits of your choice, (red apples, raspberries, blueberries, and strawberry)
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave on High for 2½ to 3 minutes.
Top with fruits of your choice before serving. Enjoy!
