Ingredients

½ lb whole wheat pasta, of your choice, cooked

1 tbsp unsalted butter

1 tbsp all-purpose flour

1 cup non-fat milk

½ tsp ground white pepper

2 oz parmesan cheese

6 oz canned tuna, drained, broken in chunks

1 tsp paprika

salt, to taste

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Combine butter and flour in a saucepan to make a roux. Cook mixture in a saucepan over low heat for 5 minutes.

Add the milk, salt, pepper and cheese to the mixture in the saucepan.

Cook for 5 minutes, until the sauce is smooth.

Combine pasta, tuna, paprika, and sauce.

Transfer to a casserole and cover with foil.

Bake for 20 minutes.

Garnish and serve. Enjoy!
