Ingredients
1½bacon slices,slices
2bread,slices
1tbspbutter
1large pickle
2cheddar cheese slices
1ozmozzarella cheese
Preparation
Cook the bacon in a pan until crisp. Drain on paper towels.
Remove most of the bacon grease from the pan.
Butter each slice of bread.
Place the bread butter side down, then top with cheddar cheese, pickles, mozzarella, bacon, and cheddar cheese.
Top with the second slice of bread, butter side out.
Cook over medium low heat, flipping halfway until the bread is lightly toasted and the cheese is melted.
Serve, and enjoy!
