Ingredients
1¾ oz pepperoni slices
7½ oz lyoner, thinly sliced
3 oz Salami, thinly sliced
1 cup red onions
½ cup piquillo peppers
½ cup red or yellow bell peppers
7 oz Provolone cheese, grated
1 Italian sub bread
¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Slice your bread lengthwise & brush evenly the insides with melted butter.
Assemble sandwiches by layering pepperoni, ham, salami, onions, piquillo peppers, red bell peppers, and provolone cheese.
Bake for 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bread is toasted.
Seal up and carefully fold your sandwich. You may slice the sandwich into your preferred portions before serving.
