Ingredients

1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, or pepper jack cheese, grated

1 cup emmantal cheese, or gruyere cheese, grated

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

1 cup heavy cream

8 oz tomatoes, deseeded and chopped

½ oz chili peppers, preferably poblano’s, roasted, deseeded, and chopped

1½ tsp garlic powder

salt and ground black pepper, to taste

tortilla chips, or nacho chips

Preparation

Combine all ingredients into your saucepot. Stir to combine.

Stir occasionally over medium heat for at least 15 minutes until the cheese is melted.

Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.

Serve while hot along with tortilla or nacho chips. Enjoy!
