Ingredients
16 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
1 cup granulated sugar
2 tbsp milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
8 oz chocolate chips, melted
1 chocolate graham crust, 9-inch, pre-made
1 tbsp dark chocolate bars, or milk chocolate, shaved
1 oz whipped cream
Preparation
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, sugar, milk, and vanilla extract together using an electric mixer for a few minutes.
Next, add the melted chocolate chips and fold until evenly incorporated.
Pour the mixture into the premade crust, then refrigerate it covered for at least 3 hours, best if overnight. Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings before serving!
