1cuppurple cabbage,thinly sliced

1cupcarrots,julienned

2cupsred bell peppers,thinly sliced

2green onions,sliced

sesame seeds,for garnish

¼cuprice vinegar

2tbspcanola oil

½tspsalt

½tspsesame oil

1tsphoney

Preparation

Combine the green cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, bell peppers, and green onions in a medium bowl.

Whisk the rice vinegar, canola oil, salt, sesame oil, and honey in a separate bowl.

Toss the slaw with the dressing.

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Garnish with sesame seeds and additional green onions if desired, serve, and enjoy!
