Ingredients
1lbshrimptails on or off, peeled and deveined
1tbspavocado oilor preferred high-heat oil
Kosher saltto taste
black pepperfreshly-ground, to taste
Preparation
Preheat the broiler on the oven.
Arrange the baking rack about 5 inches away from the top heating element.
Place the shrimps in a large mixing bowl, then pat dry with paper towels.
Add oil, then toss until the shrimps are evenly coated.
Transfer the shrimps to a large baking sheet, and arrange in an even layer.
Season generously with salt and pepper.
Broil for 2 minutes, or until the shrimp are a bright reddish-pink and opaque.
Remove from the oven, then transfer the shrimps to a serving dish.
Serve warm, and enjoy!
