Ingredients
1flour tortilla
1tbspmayonnaise,optional
3biglettuce leaves
¾cupcooked chicken,chopped
1cuppeaches,diced
¼cuppurple onion,diced
¾tspchili pepper,minced, optional
½tspsalt
1tspwhite vinegar
¼tspgarlic powder
Preparation
To make the salsa, use a wooden spoon to stir all of the ingredients together in a mixing bowl. You can store extra salsa in the refrigerator for three days.
Spread mayo on the tortilla, making sure to go all the way to the edge. Then arrange the lettuce on the tortilla, leaving a strip of mayonnaised tortilla showing at the edges. (This will help it stick together when rolled it up.)
Next, pile on the chicken and Peach Salsa.
Roll them up and take a bite.
