Ingredients

6 pork chops, boneless, at least 1-inch thick

18 oz apricot preserves

1 cup Italian salad dressing

Preparation

Place the pork chops in a baking dish.

Spread the apricot preserves over the pork chops.

Pour the salad dressing over the preserves.

Cover it with foil and bake at 375 degrees F for 30 minutes or until tender.
