Ingredients
24.8 oz cinnamon rolls, (2 cans) with icing, such as Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls
½ cup heavy whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp cinnamon
5 eggs
½ cup maple syrup
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a 9x12 glass baking dish. Set aside.
In a bowl, beat the eggs, slowly mixing in the whipping cream, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
In a casserole dish, lay the cinnamon rolls as desired.
Pour the egg mixture over them. Then, drizzle the maple syrup.
Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
Drizzle the icing on the warm rolls and serve this quick and easy cinnamon roll casserole!
