Ingredients

¾cupolive oil

½cupfresh parsley,finely chopped

¼cupred wine vinegar,optional

2clovesgarlic,minced

½lemon juice

1tbsporegano,dried

½tspground black pepper

2dasheshot pepper sauce

1pinchsea salt,to taste

4oztilapia fillets,(4 pieces)

Preparation

Combine olive oil, parsley, vinegar, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, black pepper, hot sauce, and sea salt in a large, zip-top bag. Shake well.

Add tilapia fillets and marinate in the mixture for 30 minutes.

Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil the grate.

Cook fillets on the preheated grill for about 5 minutes per side until they flake easily with a fork.
