Ingredients
1cupbutter,(2 sticks) softened
⅓cuphoney
1pinchsalt,optional, add if using unsalted butter
Preparation
Take the butter out of the fridge at least 30 minutes prior to starting to recipe so it has a chance to soften up.
Add the butter to a mixing bowl, and using an electric hand mixer, beat the butter until its fluffy.
Pour in the honey, and some salt, and continue mixing until it reaches a smooth mixture.
Transfer the honey butter to a bowl or jar. Enjoy!
