Ingredients
⅓cupunsalted butter,melted
¼cuphoney
2garlic cloves,minced
1tspground chipotle chili pepper
½tsppepper
½tspsalt
4salmon filets,or a large 2 lb filet
Preparation
In a medium bowl, whisk the butter, honey, garlic, chili pepper, salt, and pepper.
Place the salmon in a zipped-top bag, then pour half of the marinade on top. Shake the bag to fully cover the salmon with the marinade.
Marinate for at least 15 minutes or up to 8 hours.
Fire up the grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the salmon skin side down for 15 minutes or until the salmon reaches 145 degrees F internal heat.*
Brush the warm salmon with remaining marinade, serve, and enjoy!
