Ingredients
28ozSan Marzano-style peeled plum tomatoes,(1 can)
¼cupextra-virgin olive oil
1tspgarlic powder
1tspdried basil
1tspsalt
½tspdried oregano
½tspground black pepper
Preparation
Place the tomatoes and olive oil in a blender, then pulse until smooth.
Add the garlic powder, basil, salt, oregano, and pepper, and mix until well combined.
Serve over pizza or as a dip, and enjoy!
