Ingredients
1bunchfresh mint
1bunchfresh lemon verbena,optional
3cupsboiling water
sugar,optional
Preparation
Place 1 bunch of mint and 1 bunch of lemon verbena, including the stems, in a teapot.
Pour in the boiling water, then allow to steep for about 5 minutes. Add sugar, if desired.
Serve in a small Moroccan or other clear tea glasses, and enjoy!
