Ingredients

12 oz heavy cream, chilled

10 oz pineapple, (1 can), crushed, well-drained

8 oz marshmallows

7 oz Mountain Dew

6 oz cream cheese, at room temperature

6 oz lime gelatin powder, (1 pkg), or lemon gelatin powder, preferably Jell-O

½ cup mayonnaise

Preparation

Combine the Mountain Dew & marshmallows in a saucepot. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until the marshmallows are melted.

Once melted, set aside at room temperature and allow to cool slightly.

Add the gelatin powder once the liquid is warm. Mix until evenly incorporated.

Once dissolved, add the cream cheese and pineapple. Whisk until evenly incorporated. Set aside.

Whip your chilled heavy cream until stiff peaks. Fold in mayonnaise until evenly incorporated.

Fold your gelatin mixture until evenly incorporated. Pour into a preferred mold of your choice and cover.

Set aside in a chilled area. Allow this to firm up, anywhere from 6 hours to overnight.

Once ready to unmould, briefly dip your mold into some warm water. Flip onto a serving ware and slowly lift the mold to release. Serve immediately!
