Ingredients
24ozsemi-sweet chocolate chips,divided
2cupscreamy peanut butter
2cupspowdered sugar
¼cupbutter,melted
Preparation
Line a 9×13-inch pan with foil and spray with vegetable oil spray.
Add 12 ounces of chocolate chips to a microwave-safe bowl and microwave in 30-second increments until smooth.
Spread into a baking dish, then place in the freezer for 10 minutes.
In a stand mixer, beat together the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and butter until smooth.
Spread over the cooled chocolate. Place back in the freezer.
Add the remaining 12 ounces of chocolate chips to a microwave-safe bowl and microwave in 30 second increments until smooth.
Spread over the peanut butter mixture. Refrigerate for 2 hours until cooled completely.
Slice into chunks, serve, and enjoy!
